At Lacey Skin, we currently offer shipping within Australia only, using trusted services from Australia Post to deliver your skincare safely and reliably.

Shipping Method and Rates

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): $16.00 flat rate per order
  Delivered via Australia Post’s standard Parcel Post service with tracking.

• Express Shipping (Australia Post Express): $20.00 flat rate per order
  Sent using Australia Post’s Express Post service for faster delivery, also includes tracking.

These flat rates help keep your checkout simple and transparent. Most skincare orders fall within the size and weight range these rates cover. If any additional postage is required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During peak times (e.g. public holidays, sale periods), processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your skincare to you as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location:

• NSW & metro areas: 2–5 business days

• Regional or remote areas: 5–10 business days

These estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive an email once your parcel is on its way. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at admin@laceyskin.com.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
