At Lacey Skin, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. We carefully select our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. If you happen to receive a faulty or damaged product, we will make it right for you.

Please note that, as our products are personal skincare items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if the product doesn’t meet your expectations or isn’t the right fit for your skin. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions before purchasing!

Returns

We offer returns only for faulty or damaged products in line with Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your product is defective or has arrived in a damaged condition, please follow the process outlined below.

How to Make a Return

1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us at admin@laceyskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the faulty or damaged product and a brief description of the issue.

2. Return Authorisation: Once we have reviewed your request, we’ll send you a return authorisation with all the details you need to send the product back.

3. Send Back the Product: Please return the faulty or damaged product to us using a trackable shipping method. We’ll cover the return postage costs for faulty items.

4. Refund or Replacement: After we have received and inspected your returned item, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on:

• Opened skincare products (unless faulty or damaged)

• Final sale or clearance items
